Refunds and exchanges

Refund policy

Our refund and return policy consists of a 14-day period.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and it must be returned in the original packaging.

Other conditions apply for items requiring special transport, such as kitchen tables. See conditions in store or when you make your purchase with one of our advisors.

In addition, some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. It is your responsibility to check whether refund conditions apply to your item at the time of purchase.

Promotional and final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your financial institution.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company and banking institution. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping & Returns

To return your product, you must send it to 101, rue du Soudeur Saint-Isidore,Québec, G0S 2S0.

Please include the original invoice with your package.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may wish to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
