The competition starts on August 23, 2023 at 12:00. It ends on September 6, 2023 at 23:59:59. EDT (the « contest period »)

The contest is open to residents of Canada, the United States, Europe, India, and Brazil. Residents only who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry, with the exception of employees, representatives or agents
(and persons with whom such persons are domiciled, whether related or not).
Sponsor »), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and any entity involved in the development, production, administration or execution of the Contest
(collectively, the « Contest Parties »).

In these Official Rules, the above-mentioned persons are referred to as the « Eligible Candidate(s) ».

By submitting an Entry, EACH entrant agrees that the Entry complies with all of the terms and conditions set forth in these Contest Rules.
The CONTEST PARTIES assume no legal liability, express or implied, with respect to the use of the Entry by the CONTEST PARTIES.
THE CONTEST PARTIES ARE RELEASED BY AN ENTRANT IN THE EVENT THAT IT IS SUBSEQUENTLY DISCOVERED THAT THE ENTRANT HAS NOT COMPLIED WITH THESE RULES OR HAS NOT FULLY COMPLIED WITH THEM.

At the start of the Contest, there will be one (1) Prize available to be won. The Prize consists of $695.00 CAD worth of Sponsor branded products, which products will be selected by the Sponsor (the « Prize »).
Prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize or any component thereof with a prize of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded to the confirmed winner.

The Organizer will make three (3) attempts to contact the selected entrant by e-mail, telephone, direct message or any other available contact information
(using the information available at the time of the draw) within five (5) days of the draw date.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within three (3) attempts or within five (5) days of the draw date (whichever occurs first),
or if a notification is returned as undeliverable, the selected entrant will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion,
randomly select another eligible entrant from the remaining eligible entries (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected entrant).

Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other assistance, which may, at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor,
be administered online, by e-mail or other electronic means, or by telephone.

By accepting the Prize, the Winner acknowledges acceptance of the Prize (as awarded) and releases the Contest Parties and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors
and assigns (collectively, the « Released Parties ») from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize
and agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name and province of residence, without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Neither Sponsor nor Facebook assumes any responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, incompatible or misdirected entries.
This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal, including but not limited to,
any decision regarding the eligibility/disqualification of entrants and/or eligible contestants.

The Organizer and Facebook shall not be liable for any technical failures during the Contest Period, technical malfunctions or other problems related to the network or telephone lines,
online computer systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software, the non-receipt of an entry by the Organizer for any reason whatsoever,
including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any website or Facebook, or any combination of the foregoing.
Further, the Organizer and Facebook shall not be liable for any injury or damage to an Eligible Participant’s or any other person’s or business’s computer related to or resulting from
participation, entry or downloading of any material in the Contest.

All entries are subject to verification. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor)
of an eligible entrant to participate in this contest. Failure to provide such proof within the allotted time may result in disqualification.
The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a valid entry in this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s).

The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (the « Régie ») in Quebec, to withdraw or amend this Contest (or to amend these Contest Rules) in any way, in whole or in part, without prior notice.

The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to the approval of the Régie in Quebec, to adjust the dates, deadlines and other mechanics of the Contest as set forth in these Contest Rules,
to the extent necessary to verify the compliance of any entrant or entry with these Contest Rules, or in the event of any technical or other problem, or in light of any other circumstance which,
Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, affects the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated by these Rules, or for any other reason.

For Quebec residents: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling.
Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

By entering this contest, each entrant (on his/her own behalf) expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted by
the participant for the purpose of administering the contest and in accordance with the sponsor’s privacy policy (available at https://meublessgl.com/mooseman-contest/.
The contest winner agrees (on his/her own behalf) that his/her name and province of residence may be published without further notice or compensation.
